Jim Fradd specializes in new home construction in the Columbus Ohio area. Closely working with his clients throughout the entire build process, Jim is enable to assure quality construction in each phase of construction. Unlike most Realtors, Jim plays an intergral role in each phase of construction. Beginning with the design of the home, Jim sits down with his client and determines the feel and type of home they are looking for. After evaluating the necessities of the client, Jim is able to arrange meetings with several builders who are capable of building the type of home his client desires.

Once the client has selected the builder, Jim assists by offering suggestions in design and looks over the floor plan in great detail to discover any potential problems or flaws.

Jim also visits the jobsite on a regular basis during critical phases of construction such as foundation, framing, drywall, trim, and flooring. Many of the production builders have scheduled meetings with the buyers of the new home and Jim is present at these as well, providing helpful advice from his over 30 years of experience with new construction.

Once the home is near completion, Jim attends a final walkthrough to help point out any finishing touches and details that may need to be corrected prior to moving in to the home.

In essence, Jim is there by your side during each step of the build process and is not happy with the completion of the home until you are happy with the end result and it meets his quality standards and expectations.
